VFW Post 9599 and the VFW auxiliary are hosting a meal Thursday, Oct. 22, from 5 to 7 pm at the VFW hall on the east side of the downtown square in Jefferson. The meal will include creamed chicken over biscuits, corn or green beans, and a dessert.
Due to the COVID pandemic, there will no indoor seating for this meal. Patrons may walk up or drive up to the curb outside the VFW hall where someone will take your order and bring it out to you. Patrons may also call 515-230-6793 for home deliveries.
